Dr. Adam

Dr. Adam Skrypczak (pronounced Skrip-check) was born in Houston, TX, just a few years after his parents came to America from Poland. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Texas (hook ‘em!), and stayed to attend the University of Texas Dental School, where he graduated at the top of his class. After his education in Texas, Dr. Adam had the opportunity to come up to the beautiful pacific northwest for his orthodontic residency at the University of Washington! Dr. Adam and his lovely wife Sandra fell in love with the area, and thus they decided to call the pacific northwest their home.

Dr. Adam’s mission is that all patients feel comfortable, heard, and confident throughout their treatment. He has dedicated his lifelong orthodontic education to treating even the most difficult cases in the most esthetic, efficient, and comfortable way possible. While Dr. Adam routinely treats cases that are shorter and simple, he also loves to treat the most difficult cases while still using clear options (aligners, clear braces) if the patient desires.

Dr. Adam is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, and an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Washington State Society of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, and several others. When he isn’t nerding out about straightening teeth, he and his wife love to hike, kayak, and garden. Dr. Adam also loves to play tennis, basketball, and golf. While indoors, they will snuggle up with their cats and stream shows.

Dr. Brown

Dr. Brown was born into a family of orthodontists and raised in Birmingham, Michigan. He completed his undergraduate career at the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and made stops in Massachusetts and Florida learning dentistry and orthodontics before settling in Washington. As the son of an orthodontist, watching his father and the joy his work brought to the lives of his patients left a lasting mark, and Dr. Brown is excited to continue that legacy. Dr. Brown has 3 simple rules: be efficient in his treatment, open in his communication and compassionate in his care.

Dr. Brown is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, and an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, and Washington State Society of Orthodontists. Additionally, during his education, Dr. Brown was awarded the prestigious Dr. Alfred Osher Scholarship, which is given to students who exhibit the highest degree of personal and work ethics. In his years of practice, Dr. Brown maintains his commitment to continuing education; constantly taking courses to understand and implement new technologies and procedures that can be applied to better serve you.

He and his wife, Jen (the dentist next door!), are thrilled to call Washington home. While they have no children yet, they have a Siberian cat and a golden retriever that keep them on their toes. In his spare time, Dr. Brown loves to play tennis, basketball, fly fish, and cook.

Noel

Front Office Coordinator
I am one of the first people a patient meets when they walk in the front door, and it is my goal to make everyone feel welcome and excited for their visit with us. Our doctors have a tremendous amount of knowledge about orthodontics and have really created a talented, caring team that I am proud to be a part of.
When I am not in the office, I love to spend time with my family and husband. I love reading and watching movies to unwind.

Lauren

Clinical Specialist
I have been assisting here for more than twohree years and love working with such an amazing staff and enjoy meeting all our patients. I have always enjoyed orthodontics ever since I had braces myself; the energy was so contagious I knew at a young age that was what I wanted for a career. Helping improve people’s smiles is such an amazing journey!

Rofyash

Clinical Specialist
Factoria Orthodontics gave me my first introduction to orthodontics and it could not have been better. I have been assisting for two years and love every second. I love to connect with our adults and children. This is the best experience I have ever had and I love all our patients who choose to be a part of it! In my spare time, I love to be with my husband, kids and huge family who all live locally!

Michelle

I've been an Orthodontic Assistant since 2003, and I absolutely love what I do. The best part of my job is the relationships I have been able to build with patients while they are in treatment. I love the idea of helping people gain confidence in their smile.
I am married to my wonderful husband, Tom, and have two daughters, Kennedi and Kamryn. In my spare time I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, camping, traveling and cheering on the Seahawks!

Julie

Schedule Coordinator
I love to interact with patients and make sure they’re comfortable with their orthodontic experience. I continue to learn something new every day and still strive to learn everything I can about orthodontics. In my free time, I love to travel, spend time with my family, and do arts and crafts with the kids.

Jenn

I have been apart of this team for almost a year now, and I absolutely love working with such a caring and hardworking staff. As a former patient myself, it's my goal to give every patient the same high quality care and kindness I received. I look forward to being apart of many more happy orthodontic journeys!
