Meet Dr. Brown
Dr. William Brown has been involved with orthodontics his entire life. As the son of an orthodontist, it had always been the career choice for him. Watching his father and the joy his work brought to the lives of his patients left a lasting mark, and Dr. Brown is excited to continue that legacy. Dr. Brown’s mantra is to be efficient in his treatment, open in his communication and compassionate in his care.
Dr. Brown was born and raised in Birmingham, Michigan. He completed his undergraduate career at the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and made stops in Massachusetts and Florida learning dentistry and orthodontics before settling in Washington.
Dr. Brown is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, and an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, and Washington State Society of Orthodontists. Dr. Brown has served in many leadership positions throughout his career, beginning with being voted Vice President of his dental class and continuing through various residency leadership positions and study clubs to date.
Additionally, during his education, Dr. Brown was awarded the prestigious Dr. Alfred Osher Scholarship, which is given to students who exhibit the highest degree of personal and work ethics. In his years of practice, Dr. Brown maintains his commitment to continuing education; constantly taking courses to understand and implement new technologies and procedures that can be applied to better serve you.
He and his wife, Jen (the dentist right next door!), are thrilled to call Washington home. While they have no children yet, they have a Siberian cat and a golden retriever puppy that keep him on their toes. In his spare time, Dr. Brown loves to play tennis, basketball, fly fish, and cook.
